What is truly unique about TSH new construction is that land is already fully mapped out (including all town surveys, water-well testing, other permitting etc.) in order for the client to simply walk the property and look over the construction project.

Should the client decide to purchase their own land, TSH will ensure his team can fully de-risk topography and other building permit issues before issuing the final contract.

Another key feature is TSH is able to re-design the structure of your new home with his in-house architectural software, so revisions to the basic architecture do not count as large additional costs.
